Is there a setup fee?
No. Every plan starts with a free trial, and there is no setup fee, onboarding charge, or implementation cost.
Do you charge per claim?
No. Submit Shield uses flat monthly pricing. You pay a fixed amount based on your tier, regardless of how many claims you validate within your cap.
What happens if I go over my claim cap?
Nothing breaks. Your claims keep validating, and we will reach out to discuss upgrading your plan if your volume consistently exceeds your tier.
Do I need a BAA?
No. The Submit Shield SDK de-identifies all 18 HIPAA identifiers on your machine before any data reaches our servers. Because we never receive PHI, a Business Associate Agreement is not required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your dashboard and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Do you support my EHR?
If your EHR or billing system can export claims as FHIR R4, 837P, or CSV, Submit Shield can validate them. The SDK auto-detects the input format.
